These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Terms’) apply to users (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Customer’) when using ‘PrepNote’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘the App’).

1.  Service Provision
   The App is designed to manage disaster preparedness supplies. You agree to use the App only for lawful and sincere purposes.
   
2. In-App Purchases
   The App includes in-app purchases for premium features and ad removal. No refunds will be accepted for in-app purchases, except as required by Apple’s refund policy.
   
   
3. Advertising
   The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. The App may request the user’s permission for tracking. If tracking is allowed, it will be used for ad personalization, and Google’s terms of service will apply. We do not take any responsibility for the content of the ads. You can modify tracking permissions in the device’s settings at any time.
   
4. App Notification Functionality
   The App provides push notifications. You can manage or disable notifications from the device’s settings.
   
5. Prohibited Actions
   Misuse of the App, causing inconvenience to other users, or reverse engineering of the App’s source code is prohibited.
   
6. Disclaimer
   The company assumes no responsibility for any damage or trouble caused by using the App.

“PrepNote” respects the privacy of users and strives to protect personal information. This privacy policy explains how the app collects, uses, and protects information.

1.  Information Collected
   – Personal Information：No personal information such as names or email addresses is collected during the use of the App. However, if personal information such as names or email addresses is provided during inquiries, it will be used solely for support purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
   – Analytics Data：The App uses App Analytics to analyze usage data for improving the service. No other analytics tools are used.
   
2. Use of Information
   Collected information is used to improve app performance, optimize ads, and enhance user experience. If tracking is permitted, it will be used for ad personalization. No personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.
   
3. In-App Advertising
   The App displays ads through Google AdMob. Google AdMob and its partners may collect device information to provide interest-based ads, subject to the user’s tracking permissions.
   
4. App Notification Functionality
   The App offers push notifications for expiration reminders via premium features. This function notifies users on the expiration date, three days before, and seven days before. Data is used solely for the purpose of sending notifications.
   
5. Data Protection
   Data is stored locally on the device and is not sent to any servers.

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) sets forth the terms of use for “PrepNote” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

1.  License Grant
   The App is intended for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact the developer for terms of use.
   
2. Intellectual Property Rights
   The copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of the App belong to the company or its licensors.
   
3. Restrictions
   You may not modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App.
   
4. Disclaimer
   The company is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the App.The use of the App is at the user’s own risk.The App may be modified or discontinued without notice.
   
5. Termination of Agreement
   If you violate the terms of this Agreement, it will be automatically terminated, and the use of the App will be immediately prohibited.
